Hello! I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in the mental health treatment of Asian and South Asian adults. As a therapist, I use an integrative approach, both focusing on the development of coping skills for current stressors, and exploring relational patterns that contribute to how we are showing up today. My therapy philosophy is that we are all experts on ourselves and our needs - I'm here to guide you through the process of increasing self-awareness and becoming the person you wish to be. My clinical interests include anxiety, depression, relational and familial issues, identity development and multicultural exploration.

I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) and Multi-Cultural Licensed Clinical Psychologist. I have a Dual Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and Organizational Psychology. I provide individual therapy for adults and specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, adoption, grief and loss, identity development, cultural stress, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. Therapy is not a cookie-cutter approach. I particularly value the complexity of people’s unique backgrounds, welcome open dialogue about diversity factors, and use this to guide treatment. I help clients find their inner resiliency by using an integrated approach which includes evidenced-based therapy centered on the following frameworks: Psychodynamic, Cognitive-Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral Skills-Building, Mindfulness, and Narrative Therapy. Everyone has their own story. I encourage you to show up just as you are. My goal is to help you understand your past and develop new ways of living to create a healthier present.
